Seriously. I've had it with years of moron after moron after idiot after loser.
I need a programmer who can actually do what they are told, who will actually come through in the allotted time they say, and doesn't cost the price of a house.
You need to know PHP and MySQL. You need to have a brain cell. You need to not disappear constantly or have an excuse for every occasion and every minute you can't be found or miss a deadline. (Simple, you will not disappear and you will not miss a deadline.)
When you say six weeks, it is not two years, it is not six months -- it is the same six freaking weeks you promised, you slug you.
Is there ANYONE out there who actually knows of anyone or who actually qualifies????
I am 100% serious. I have been so damaged over the past five years by a series of idiot after idiot after pretender after dumbf**k. The next one who screws me I will fly to where they live and jam their cordless mouse up their butt they will taste it.
