Best show/worst show

So, lot of indutry vets have been to a LOT of shows. o, what ransk as the bet show you went to and what wa the worst? I've only been to three show so don't realy have a wort yet. The bet was this past summers show in Hollywood FL. Good buiness and a great time. The mot laid back and at the same time good buines show I've gone to. Close second is the IA 2000New Orleans show in 1999. Met people lface to face for the firt time like Dragonking, Sykkboy, Timbo, Dravyk, Lia and more.

Best for me was the first Montreal 98/99? show Business wise. Pleasure wise, it was New Orleans for sure. I still wanna move to the French Quarter one day and open a Vampire store.

I've only been to one show (and where were you two?!) Sounds like my second will be Florida in August.

I can't get myself to go to Vegas and try and do business. FAR too many distractions to get good business done IMHO. I will most likely go to the Florida show as I have the last two years as I really enjoy that show BUT if I only go to one summer show it will be the June how in San Francisco a I REALLY want to see that city. My parents have raved about how beautiful and nice it is for years.

oh man by FAR the best shows are my www.WYPD.com shows...but I am biased...

the worst show I ever went to..and I always look at the silver lining, would have to be that Scores NYCExpo a few years back...

Nobody there but a few old schoolers, and I actually gave a seminar to ONE person in the Newbie Panel...hahahhaha

I have been to all of the Internext shows since ia2000 and also the phoenix forums. I think the Florida Internext and the phoenix Forum are the best for biz. Vegas has to many distractions, especially since I love to gamble...:mickey:

Well, I haven't been to too many shows in the last few years, having a kid kind of put a damper on that.

Anyway, probably the best time I had at any show was at last years Xbiz forum, sitting in on the discussion about the proposed .XXX TLD, and watching everybody rip on Stuart Lawley (I think that's his name) during the Q&A session.

Laughed my ass off at Steve Lightspeed telling him he was going to buy stuartlawleysucks.com and use it to run the guy into the ground. Funny stuff!
