You have to have been in the biz at least 3 years. Otherwise you have to be a valid reference from someone on the board and be able to bring value. For instance, there are some new programs around with newer owners who are already a force in this biz. We want value, and that's what we see in the old schoolers!

We're not looking for Drama threads.. If you start drama here, you will be warned, then banned. Post counts don't matter here. In just a few days look at the names we have amassed on this board... You don't see these poeple posting in many other places.

Let me be in charge of who is allowed in here. Some of you have been in the industry much longer than me and I don't know you all.

I'll make a simple rule - If I don't know who you are or what you do your not even getting a foot in the door. If you get that far, I'll post here and say "should we allow so and so in?".

Or better yet - let's all vote on it.

The goal here should be a smaller group of people who are much more serious about the industry.
